Whatever the device, NTRIP setup always asks for the same five parameters:
| Field | Value | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Host / address / IP | rtk.ba | No http:// and no trailing slash. |
| Port | 2101 | Standard NTRIP port. |
| Mountpoint | AUTO | Automatic nearest base + failover. |
| Username | your NTRIP username | Provided with your account (also shown in the panel). |
| Password | your NTRIP password | Case-sensitive. |
Procedure
- Make sure the device has internet access (a SIM card in the modem/terminal, a phone Wi-Fi hotspot, or a Bluetooth link to a phone).
- In the corrections menu, select NTRIP as the source (often labelled "Internet", "Network RTK", "NTRIP client" or "VRS").
- Enter the host, port, username and password.
- Download the mountpoint list ("Get sourcetable") and select
AUTO, or enter it manually. - Enable sending GGA position to the caster.
- Connect and wait: the status goes Single → FLOAT → FIX.
Verification
- Age of corrections should be below ~2–5 s.
- In the panel you can see your active connection, which base station it is connected to and how much data has been transferred.
For multiple machines we recommend a separate account per machine – that way each one has its own statistics and expiry date.
